Spring Certification

Spring is a framework what I thought is very hard to learn, given a try learning it when I am on bench in mid 2008 and left it. For more than 18 months I was into Frontend development in JSF learned a lot from DMV project implemented by HP. That was time to change the job, moved to some other project where more responsibilities on my shoulder with respect to the project forced me to focus on all the areas of a software development, so started learning Spring and Hibernate again. Soon I got an offer to join as a full time employment with the company where I am working (Maximus Inc). After talking the offer I was pushed forward to take Certification in Spring which is set as a goal for me for the year. That’s where I was encouraged to put my focus more into the Spring subject and started getting the flavor of the subject by reading “Spring in Action” book. Tomorrow I gonna start the certification course which is surprisingly an online course but I should go the center, luckily I have a partner to share the knowledge with. It’s a 4 day course, 9-5 every day. All set to feel the experience of the online multimedia course for the first time which is the costliest course I ever taken.

Bday wishes to my first boss in the IT world

His name is Vanit, the way how the name sounds so effortless and inimitable, he is very generous and kind towards me. CEO of Jiva InfoTech Hyderabad based company soon he opened branches in USA.

The discussion about me between my Dad and vinay (Brother of Vanit Sir who is into the clothes business) troop me towards the right direction which I feel gladly till now and made me to meet Vanit sir and started working in his office, since then every six months hike depending upon my performance at work.

Time is superfast inadvertently I completed 1 year at Jiva InfoTech and strong-willed to come to US with the help of my boss. My boss is very supportive and did many things to get my Visa stamped by sending me onsite to Mauritius hoping that would be very helpful for US visa stamping.

That’s where now I am here in USA. Even after coming to US my boss helped me in marketing my resume. Since then touch based with me to inquire how am I and my brother.

I am very happy to have such a good boss in my profession. It has been a pleasure working for you for about 2 years. Wish you many many happy returns of the day Sir.

Workplace station design

Days going forward everyday are becoming history; I am remorseful to myself that the Neck pain I am suffering with is not parting me since it started 4 months back. Doctor said that it’s very common for a software engineer who always works in front of computer, she said about the ergonomics of workstation which is very vital to a lap worm (like a book worm who always works with a computer or laptop called as lap worm). Ergonomics: Design your workstation to avoid pain causes due to upper back, lumber and Neck etc. The physiotherapist where I been to for the neck pain recovery explained me about the ergonomics and the way my workstation should be with some minimum needs like back support, footrest, wrist rest etc and also how much the chair height should be, viewing distance of monitor, keyboard slope angle, leg room, sitting position on chair while working and about the zonal system of the utilities that I used frequently or rarely. After setting the workstation as explained, there’s a lil improvement. In most of the companies workstations should be ergonomically approved, some of them will not follow but it is ourselves who need to set all this because if we don’t the ultimate loss is for us only right?
